Hello Everyone
It's common to see threads where users provide very little information about the issue they are experiencing. This leads to numerous back and forth exchanges where we seek out additional information. These exchanges are often frustrating to a user that's attempting to have an important issue addressed in a timely fashion. Thus, we decided to combat this problem by providing everyone a helpful guide on how to open an effective thread. Here are some of the key guidelines to follow when opening a thread on our forum:
Check to see if your question is already answered in another thread or in our documentation. The forums search icon is found in the upper-right of the page, near your forum username. Some users find that using the "site:forum.arivisti.com" entry in a Google search is more convenient.
